All of our American PitBull puppies come with a 100% guarantee, including a 2-year health warranty for your peace of mind.

Both parties hereby agree that the following conditions will be met, and that no other warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, are provided.

The BUYER certifies that they are not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this puppy, and agrees not to sell the puppy to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business. The purchaser commits to providing proper care for the puppy. This puppy has been carefully bred and raised by us, with the parent animals mated with the goal of producing healthy and well-socialized puppies. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is free of visible communicable diseases at the time of sale.

Health Guarantee: At the BUYER’s expense, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of taking possession to validate the health guarantee. If the puppy dies from a communicable disease (excluding parasites or hypoglycemia) within 14 days of purchase, and the buyer has promptly sought treatment from a certified veterinarian, and the vet certifies in writing that the disease was likely contracted before leaving our home, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of the certification of death (or autopsy report, whichever is later). The buyer must submit the certification to the Seller within 6 weeks of the puppy’s death. An autopsy is required only if the vet is uncertain of the cause of death.

If a genetic defect is detected by a licensed veterinarian within two years (the guarantee ends when the puppy turns two), the buyer will receive a full refund for a replacement puppy of equal value, as determined by the Seller. The buyer must return the puppy (at their own expense) and the puppy’s AKC paperwork to the Seller within one month of the diagnosis. A letter from the vet, including their address, phone number, and the detected defect, must accompany the return. If the buyer refuses to return the puppy, this guarantee will be null and void. The buyer is responsible for all transportation fees related to the original puppy and any replacement puppy.

The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary bills or other expenses once the puppy leaves our care. The buyer releases the Seller from any and all liabilities or damages caused by the puppy after the time of sale, including but not limited to destruction of property or physical harm to any person or group.
