PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our Pit Bulls to anyone, at any time before the puppy goes home, without providing a reason. All of our Pit Bull/Bully puppies will be dewormed, receive their first set of shots, and be microchipped before leaving our care. Each puppy is thoroughly evaluated and checked by our vet. We do not spay or neuter our puppies, as we understand some clients may want the option to breed in the future (we offer full breeding rights). We take great pride in our breeding lines and are committed to protecting our Pit Bulls from being exploited for breeding purposes.

The buyer has five (5) days after receiving the puppy to have it examined by their veterinarian, or the health guarantee will be voided. Proof of this visit must be provided within the given timeframe (please keep a copy in your puppy’s kit). In the rare event that your puppy is diagnosed with a serious illness during this period, you may request an exchange upon returning the puppy to us. We also offer a money-back policy in case the puppy is sick or if you change your mind. If no other puppies are available from your litter, you will have first pick in the next litter.

We are not responsible for contagious diseases contracted after the puppy leaves our care and has been confirmed healthy by your vet. Please note that visiting puppy parks or other puppies who have not completed their vaccinations or worming can lead to health issues. The buyer is responsible for maintaining the puppy’s health, providing proper veterinary care, and keeping accurate records for the health warranty. You are required to take the puppy for an annual exam by a certified vet, ensure all vaccinations are up to date, and provide high-quality dog food while keeping your puppy at a healthy weight.

We require you to sign a contract stating that if, at any point in your puppy’s life, you are unable to keep them, they must be returned to us. We do not want any of our Pit Bulls to end up in a shelter, rescue, or unsuitable home. We take full responsibility for our breeding program and will always take back one of our Pit Bulls. Additionally, we have a list of elderly individuals waiting for an older Pit Bull, and we will gladly offer these puppies to them free of charge.
